We Deserve to Exist: An Inked in Gray Anthology
“The world is not kind. It never was. Fear, jealousy, and anger fuel the actions of those who wish to assert their power and eliminate those they deem unworthy. There will come a time of reclamation—whether by force or by empathy—when those tides shift, a balance reborn. It must start somewhere. The reclamation of self, of culture, of heritage, and of our world starts within. No longer will those around us decide if we deserve to exist.”
After many months of hard work, I have some exciting news! Last year, a short story of mine was selected as the winner for the 2022 anthology contest published by Inked in Gray. I am beyond excited to share this new piece, “What Remains,” in the upcoming anthology, “We Deserve to Exist.” It has been a dream to work with the other creators on this project and bring our words to print! We are excited to announce the release scheduled for March 2023. Stay tuned for details!
